Hi, my name is Zuzana and I am a Dancer, Personal trainer, Group exercise, Zumba and Insanity Instructor and a Qualified Nutritionist.
I developed passion for dance and exercise at a very early age. I was part of a Dance group back in Slovakia (the country which I come from). I was fortunate enough to dance amongst and compete against the best people in the industry. We competed at National and International Level and travelled across the whole Europe.
After finishing my studies I spent 5 years living and working in Ibiza. I worked at some of the best clubs on the island including Amnesia, El Divino, Eden and Es Paradise as a Go-Go Dancer. I LOVED my job. Those 5 years in Ibiza were one of the happiest periods of my entire life. I worked out with a Personal Trainer 3-5 times a week to stay in shape and that was when I learnt the importance of a healthy diet in making sure that you not only look but also feel good.
I arrived in England in 2005 and have been involved in Health and Fitness Industry ever since. First only as a class participant and then as an Instructor.
I have studied and trained with Future Fit Training, Zumba Fitness, Beachbody and Stonebridge College and gained internationally recognised qualifications.
I am a true believer that fitness knowledge, experience and qualifications go hand in hand with communication and people skills. I pride myself in being a real “people person”. I have a natural ability to motivate others and assist them to achieve the best results possible. My fitness and nutritional advice is based on research, experience and continuous personal development to enable me stay in touch with what is going on in the industry. Helping others to discover their inner energy, motivate them to be the best they can be and encouraging them to “smash” their fitness goals is the most rewarding part of my job.
I have met many amazing people along the way who have individually, in their own way, inspired me to become the Fitness professional I am today. I faced many struggles during my fitness journey, so I know how hard it can be to start, to commit and to discipline yourself but I also know how life-changing exercise and healthy diet can be. I know that we are all different and we all need an individual and unique approach when it comes to fitness. I always take this into consideration when developing training sessions, food plans and lifestyle change suggestions. I believe in continuous personal development and I like to lead by example. I would never ask anyone to do anything I haven’t done or tried myself. I push and challenge myself all the time and I expect the same from my clients.
Both, my Group exercise, as well as Personal Training sessions are filled with fun, hard work, sweat and RESULTS.
