A fun and friendly exercise class aimed and every mum who wants to get back into fitness after giving birth. This class is a mixed ability and you’ll be able to work at your own level to get out of it exactly what you need. We cover cardio, conditioning a the very important core exercises to help you get back on track and be well, strong and healthy to be able to take a good care of your little one(s).
Your baby is welcome at this class and you’ll be fully responsible for him/her throughout the whole duration of the exercise. But we are all mums and we will all help each other.
What will you need?
Suitable exercise clothes, exercise mat, water bottle and a towel
The Monday class takes place outside, therefore in case of a wet weather do bring waterproof clothing for yourself and a rain-cover for your buggy.
