Z-energy Boot Camp is an outdoor* group exercise class for MEN and WOMEN. We work hard to improve our health and overall wellbeing whilst having fun at the same time. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger and fitter, improve your stamina, tone up and build up muscle strength or prepare for a fitness event, this exercise class is for YOU! I cater for ALL Fitness levels in my Z-energy Boot Camp. It doesn’t matter if you are completely NEW to this or if you’ve been training for a while, I’ll make you FITTER.
I will push and challenge YOU and make you work hard to get the best results possible but at the same time I will provide you with alternatives and modifications to suit your abilities in case you are a novice or are recovering from an injury etc. We are a group of likeminded people who want to push their own fitness limits and get better and stronger and we motivate each other to reach our goals.
If you are bored of spending hours in the gym on your own and getting nowhere, fed up of paying gym membership and not making a full use of it, tired of Exercise DVDs which you never do anyways, then come and join our group.

What will you need?
Comfortable clothing, i.e. leggings, shorts or capris, a T-shirt or a vest top, long sleeved top and good quality trainers with impact absorption. A bottle of water and a towel. A yoga mat if you have one, but it is not a must.
