Z-energy Dance is a cardio based group exercise class with a few incorporated power moves to not only help you lose excess weight, but assist you with toning up too.
Z-energy Dance lasts 60 minutes, including “warm up” and “cool down” and a 10-15minutes long slot in the middle with conditioning/toning exercises. I use modern pop/charts music to create a BUZZING atmosphere in the class.
Z-energy Dance is FUN! I am a dancer, so I like to incorporate a variety of Dance moves into each session. I teach you a new, easy to follow routine every week and I guarantee that YOU will get both enjoyment as well as a good workout out of the class.
I always provide alternatives and modifications, so no matter where you are currently with regards to your “fitness levels”, you will be able to keep up.

What will you need?
Comfortable clothing, i.e. leggings, shorts or capris, a T-shirt or a vest and good quality trainers with impact absorption. A bottle of water and a towel.
