I am a great believer that P.T. must be “UNIQUE” and totally “TAILOR-MADE” to YOU and YOUR GOALS. Whether your goal is losing weight, having more energy, improving your stamina, preparing for a fitness event or a fitness challenge ( a 5km run, half or full marathon , 3 peaks challenge…) or whether it is simply wanting to get stronger, fitter and healthier, I AM YOUR GIRL! As your personal trainer I can GUARANTEE you will look and feel better, you will be the BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF, providing you have the time and 100% commitment and follow all of my suggestions to the tee. My PT sessions are fun, creative, motivating and varied. I will push you to your limits and get the best out of you to allow you to reap the rewards of your hard work and achieve the RESULTS you desire. I don’t do QUICK FIXs, I offer a LIFESTYLE change. I will give you the tools and the knowledge which you will be able to incorporate into your daily routines and make a use of for the rest of your life.
How does it work?
- FREE initial consultation (including lifestyle, health and fitness assessment – 45 min)
- Tailor Made Fitness Plan + Nutrition Guide
- 1st session will include FIT TEST for future progress monitoring
- Regular P.T. sessions (as frequent as desired, 30 or 60 min each, am or pm)
- On-going support (phone, email, social media, face to face…)

- Outdoors by the sea or in the park
- In your own home or garden
- Gym (additional costs apply)
- Studio (additional costs apply)
Prices start at £30/hour. Prices vary according to the frequency of the sessions. Discounts are available for bulk sessions and long term commitments.
